  Yeah happy to get me in to move up my extensions the first time then refused when i needed to come back again to move them up. Saying I had to buy their brand at another $400-$500+. My extensions don't need replacing as they are only 3 months old! Nice try, great way to lose clients who spend money at the salon regularly. Really disappointed and obviously just a cash grab.
